Back on the wagon and feeling good today! The last two nights have not been good for sleep, Monday I took a Zyrtec before bed and was hyped up all night, never again. Last night I woke up with sever indigestion, didn't get back to sleep until about 1:00.
I've been pretty stressed lately for a lot of reasons - work, money, my health, husband is traveling and not home, etc. But I feel like things are calming down now, and I really want to get back to healthy eating and more gym time. I will be going tonight while my kid is at football practice, whether I like it or not!
