balance, balance, balance, is the key, easier said, eat small portions, spread out over the course of the day, at least every 4 hours, monitoring glucose, lows 70's high 130, eating low glycemic foods, 80 per cent raw foods, fresh veggies, limit bread, fruits, watch portions, this seems to be the ideal plan for keeping diabetes in check, at least for me.
