Definitely need to stick to filling out the calorie counter and ensure I'm actually eating as many calories as I should be. I tend to neglect filling it out and not realize how much I don't eat until I get on a scale and see I've either stayed the same or even lost more weight.
98.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.5 lb a week

I've had the same problem, ensuring that I hit my calorie count for the day. Was at 500 cals, now increasing to 1000 per day. Filling out my notebook that I carry with me has helped.
