Bad week for me! Only went to the gym 1day this week. Baseball season has come and now i'm not able to hit the gym 3-4days a week. I have to convince my husband to start doing AM workouts.. I'm just hoping the scale does not go up on me b/c for some reason it loves to do that to me!

Have a great Weekend everyone and be good! I'm going to try myself. The rodeo is in town and we are taking my stepson and my husbands niece to the rodeo and I don't know if I can resist all that yummy food. We will see.

I've been really bad about working out this week. Just get back into it and sneak in extra activity when you can. Baseball is fun! Going to games this spring or are you playing?

Oh, about the food at the rodeo, I have a suggestion. I'm a sucker for a snack at the movies (which I go to at least once a week) so I plan ahead and decide on one snack that I can have. Since my mind is already made up, there is no debating or caving for something that will really throw me off.

Sometimes I find it is fun to get a snack and share with those I am with. Keeps the portion in control AND satisfies that craving and hunger I am having at the moment. Usually a few bites is sufficient but I hate to throw out the rest so sharing is my answer. :) Have a fun day at the rodeo!
