I've been working on cutting out ultra-processed foods like frozen meals and eating more vegetables in my day while ensuring adequate protein intake. I'm also trying to go for walks on days off and achieving 8000 steps a day minimum. The next thing I am going to work on is starting some interval running as well as at least 2 days a week of strength workouts.
