Country Log Cabin's Journal, 03 February 2011

This is new to me and I don't know what I am doing as far as this site goes. Several years ago I lost weight with WW and then proceeded to gain it all back plus 10-20 pounds. I listed WW as the diet I'm following. Actually, I'm not following any diet. I'm just starting out by not eating candy and eating more veggies instead. If it wasn't icy outside, I would walk every day. Maybe if I belong to a group I will be more accountable.

Deciding to make a life style change is the first step. Since you have done weight watchers before and been successful you may want to use weight watchers as your guide for making some changes that you can live with. As you have already learned, no diet will keep the weight off if you don't make true changes that you can live with for a lifetime. I too lost a lot of weight with weight watchers years ago (96 pounds) and then after keeping it off for years lost my healthy lifestyle. I am now having to re-lose 75 pounds to return to a healthy me. You can do this! Good luck!
