This is my first journal entry. I'm using "Weight Watchers";I put in quotes because I'm using the points and exercise counters and eating 22 points a day. Today was my third day and I'm doing well. It's somewhat overwhelming to be looking up the cal. fat and fiber of everything I eat and keeping it in my journal. At my weight I can eat between 22 and 27 points per day. Today was my highest points so far (24) but I haven't taken into consideration my exercise yet. I'll get into this,yes I will.
