Today I hardly ate, didn't have an appetite. I had *1/2 bottle water *2 cups coffee- light cream *a very small bowl of pasta with tomatoes and ground beef
I don't eat a lot or get hungry I have to force myself to eat breakfast so another goal is to be able to eat right and have my 3 meals a day
