Do something good for my physical and/or mental health every day. Be aware of the things I do.
Today: I ate well - started back on my food tracking. Shopped and cooked for healthy food to ensure my success this week.
Also - didn't go to gym - but I did take the stairs. And I ate well.
Going to gym tomorrow.
