Ready to clean it up. Make better food choices and get moving again. Would like to be down to 130 or fit into my favorite jeans, 2 sizes down.

April goals:
track food intake
eat out less
increase veggie
have two meatless days a week
drink 64oz H2O per day
exercise 30+ minutes 5x a week
157.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
