in hospital yesterday chest pains doc siad viral pleurisy I think maybe a trapped nerve !
11.7 today so very pleased ..keeping in track now till hollbobs ..starting my period felt bloated last week ..even though I have lost I still feel sluggish ...going to start tracking today
