There is always that one stubborn pound that won't go away. I am so frustrated with this one pound that I just want to give up! I wont..but aaah :) haha. Maybe working out more will help!

yes work out as much as you can! I weighed 93 lbs when I would do 60-90 minutes of cardio 5 days a week. Cardio definitely helps you stay slim.
