Today was a good day. I walked at 8:30 am !!! This got me off to a great start for the day, I actually felt more at ease today having the chance to walk and listen to my favorite morning radio program. I accomplished much . . . and am glad I found this site. Thanks to Michelle my friend who recommended fatsecret to me. I am ready to take on this challenge, and can't wait to see the "gradual" results.
