I slept in today and got up and got showered and off to Curve's for my workout. It went great. Still working on getting under 1500 calories. I have been looking for a cheap Recumbent bike and I finally found it and now I am the proud owner of the bike. I am very happy happy. I wanted one of these bikes cuz I have a friend and she has a hard time getting up on a stationary bike cuz it is a big step over and now I can be on my elliptical and she can be on the bike. So that is my day. Dinner is in the oven, catfish and brussel Sprouts. yum yum!!!!
