First day of diet and exercise. First day on FatSecret.com too. I'm using my T-Mobile Google phone and this site to keep track of everything.
We just bought a Gold's Gym elliptical (the Stride Trainer 300) and if you are 200+lbs like me, don't bother with this one. It took me over an hour to put together, and while I love having an elliptical in the house for under $400 - this thing just feels flimsy. I doubt that it will last with us for long with both my wife and I trying to use it for 20+ minutes a day each.
We will return it and look to spend more money on a better unit.
