With a couple exceptions, have been eating at the same time each day and not eating past dinner (ie 6-8pm). My appetite seems to have gone done with a consistent but smaller portion size at each meal (compared to previous habits). Have also been working out at least once a day for 6 days per week, with a rest day on Saturday or Sunday.
