Just want to say that I started the 17 day diet and have lost 17 lbs. I started at 152 lbs. in October 2013 and weighed in at 135 in December 2013. It took about 2 wks to get used to but since then its been easy breezy. The diet teaches you to re-arrange when to each of the different food groups. It entails only 17 min of exercise a day at first start and gradually expects you to increases after week 3-4. It was easy to implement 17 min a day. No major time taken away from my busy day. By the time it asks you to increase your exercise time, you actual want to!! By that time you see the weighed going down and energy levels go up so you don't feel you have to struggle to stay on or let alone increase your exercise time on the exercise program you have chosen for yourself. I have maintained my weight since then and must say that after teaching myself the different eating habits I am able to eat everything and happy to see that needle on the scale at a constant 135 lbs. I want to loose another 5 lbs. to reach my final goal but will wait for better weather so that I can enjoy the outdoors for my daily exercise.
