Well, I usually screw up my plans and get so dicouraged that I just quit all together, thinking that I'm just gonna go and mess things up again. I did actually get back up and go at it again today after a crappy day yesterday. Thanks to the encouragement I am getting here. I don't think anyone in my life really gives two sh**ts wheather I am doing well or not,( or atleast they act that way.) So, I am really appreciating the supportive and kind people I am meeting here!!! :)

I often feel the same way. I get some great encouragement from a co-worker though, so that is nice. It balances out my kids who say I am meaner when I diet and nicer when I am "fluffier" (rolleyes) and my husband who gives me shit, yet expects me to end up looking like a model, yet while buying slim-rite shakes he also buys cakes, cookies, and chips which are "for the kids" (shaking head). Stay on track and we will help when we can!
