Things are going along swimmingly. Almost down 20 pounds since I started keeping my carbs to 10-20 a day since New Year's day. Going strong!! I love this way of eating, I really do. I get to have such delicious things, still lose 1 to 2 pounds a week, the tape measure tells me I'm constantly shrinking, I never have to feel hungry or deprived -- and all of this without even having to exercise -- though I have started exercising mainly because I actually HAVE energy now. :D My body and mind LOVE this way of eating. No other "diet" has ever been as effective or made me feel so good. Keto forever, baby.
