Had a feeling the scale would show a big loss...thank goodness. Continuing to stay true to exercise plan AND make smart food choices. Also have limited my alcohol consumption to the weekend, not that I was overdoing it, but the extra calories are unnecessary, and I like waking up more clear-headed to start my day off right. Overall, eating more fruit and vegies, and limiting wheat products and carbs, especially at the end of the day.
