Morning everyone. I did my HIIT today and I'm pleased that my strength is definitely improving although my endurance still needs work. I found most of the reason I have to rest is because my shoulder hurt. Hopefully if I keep working on them they'll be fine.
I've started a success binder where I write everything down that I've well in a day and what I can do to improve. Also write down my goals and what I need to do during this day to get there. It really works and I would recommend it to everyone. Physically writing is down seems to help so much.
Feeling good in myself now which is great. Can't wait to see my boyfriend later feeling this good :) yay!
Pizza express tonight, going to get one of those pizzas with the hole cut out and replaced with salad, feel like that's the best option without going full blown salad.
