I measured my waist today... 28" I'm hoping to use non-scale measurements to help motivate me to continue.... sometimes the scale just doesn't move... If I burn 600 calories I should theoretically way 0.17 or so less, but I guess there's the weight of the food to account for...
Somehow I think I at least have my motivation back. Had a few super low-calorie days.
