Been on a rollercoaster of eating all the wrong things and out of control again....low carbing gets so boring...and this winter weather has me not caring about much of anything, so I eat for comfort and happiness! Is it working??? Nope, now got to get myself motivated again and thinking positive happy thoughts....I can do this!!!!!
