The weight is coming off slowly, but I'm glad it is. I used to mark successful weight-loss to how fast I could take it off. Wisdom has set in over the years and I realize that is how I got fast. Taking weight off quickly (usually with fad diets) and quickly putting the weight back on. This time I'm eating within my caloric range and being more sensible about my food choices. I'm happy to see those 3 pounds gone!
