39.6% bf 42.9% tbw

Day 15

Feeling much better today, but think I am coming down with something hence the fatigue yesterday. Slept in today, yoga tonight back to work out tomorrow. Again, low loss day after a workout day. Statistically Wednesday is my big loss day. Will have to go 34 days to even come close to my total weight loss goal. I think I will amend my goal to 25% body fat.

I ordered a new scale to start this plan before I knew my old scale would do just fine. Rather than return it, hubby wants to keep it. I stepped on it just to compare. Shows me two additional pounds down, but my body fat % at 42%. It is measuring the loss of body fat exactly the same at the old scale so I am sure it's accurate, but I don't think it's good to switch midplan. I might have to break down and have body fat measured officially....ugh.

173.4 lb Lost so far: 6.9 lb.    Still to go: 23.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week
