I've been writing down the details of my new diet everywhere else so I decided to write it here too. So far I've only had tea this morning.

The calorie tracker here is very good. One thing I find is I have to eat a good breakfast in order to have the results I want. You can starve your body into thinking it is not going to get nutrition of any kind and it will not burn off the accumulated fat it is storing. It's all in balance. Good luck !!
