After stumbling across this site in a search for the calorie content of a burrito, I realized I discovered something wonderful. I've spent the past hour or so just going through this and looking at all the wonderful features it contains.
Today it hit me again that my clean eating, or even healthy eating, has to become a habit. It wasn't clicking before but now it is. I can afford to feel hunger. I want healthy and fitness more than I want that cookie or whatever the temptation is for a moment. And I'm going to work out tonight, which is another thing I've slacked on. I can't let my laziness get the better of me. I'm tired of it and want this change more than I want to stay the same. So today marks the start of a new life. And this time, I'm ready for it :)
