Tonight is the last night before our final class at flat rock for this session. I find myself all day saying just starve yourself, get ready for weigh in and you're done. Then you can eat what you want. At the grocery store today, I didn't buy anythign to eat for after tomorrow because in my head..I'm done. But I'm not done, I only have a week off in between sessions. Apparently, I haven't gotten my head on straight, I am not thinking of this as a way of life and Lord help me if I don't lose weight tomorrow. I have been so hungry all day, felt like I did good, yet I finish journaling to find I have gone over my calories..and as my buddy Lyne looks at..my wheel appears to be out of balance showing mostly fat?? How can that be? There are so many factors to worry about it just gets overwhelming. I have to go clean my house to prepare for bunco here on Friday. I'm still hungry today with no calories left to eat :(
