Began an intermitting fasting regimen and stopped drinking wine for the past 3 weeks. Now eating 2 bigger meals per day rather than 3 smaller ones. Nothing to eat after 6 pm. Now trying to cut back on my sweets and improve my sleep habits.
93.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
