I wasn't going to record my weight but my mom reminded me that we decided this was a way to remain "honest" with ourselves. I know it is not possible that I have actually gained. I also know that my pattern is loss and then up and then loss again so I "know" this is normal but I still don't like it.

I think it's great that you are able to post your weight and face exactly what is happening to your body. Whether it's water weight or fat makes no difference, it is important to be aware of what exactly is happening with the *weight* part of the situation. Great chart by the way, keep up the excellent work!

Thanks so much for the comment!! My biggest downfall in my struggle with staying healthy has been denial ... if I don't get on the scale I'm not really gaining ... until of course it is undeniable and my clothes no longer fit comfortably. What a journey!!!

That's *exactly* the same thing that happens to me (denial) and why I also have to weigh in every single day in order to stay on course.
