Started the day with cereal, which I never eat. 2 cups of coffee and 20 minutes on the stairstepper at level 9. Not a bad start to the day. Will go to the gym again for lunch to walk on the treadmill and do some light weights.
176.6 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
