Doing okay on the diet part, sticking to low fat with good carbs. Just not eating regularly like I should. I did have hot wings on Sunday...cheat meal.

In the gym two times last week (too much work). I needs to be in there at least 3-4 times per week. So far, twice this week!!
223.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 23.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week
