Breakfast: Egg whites with slice of ham and cheese, Milk Snack: Chips with salsa. Lunch: Carls Jr- burger shared fries and Root beer. Dinner- NONE Snack: Banana muffin. Water thought out the day.
Walked for 30 min of lunch. Need to drink more water and have a small dinner. Need to do situps and pushup on the morning.
