My last weigh in was Oct 17th...about two weeks later I found out I was pregnant and had to stop the diet and exercise plan since It was a high risk pregnancy. On January 14th I mis-carried the baby so now I'm back trying again. I signed up at a gym and have been slowly working my way back to a regular exersice program. When I started a few weeks ago I weighted 185...so in two weeks I have lost 7 pounds. Not a huge moved, but successful one for me. Yesterday I started going to the gym first thing in the morning with my sister and doing the "biggest loser" fitness routine from their book (it's about 45min to and hour), then I go back in the evenings for some cardio (another hour or two of it). I'm very lucky to have my sister near by to be my workout buddy!
178.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.1 lb a week
