Recurring sinus infection has led to double ear infection and pink eye......doctor says, "Haven't you been experiencing fatigue?" I'm a mother....I'm always fatigued. That puts my workout on hold until Saturday....crisis at home has run my stress up. Having trouble keeping to the food plan when all I want to do is bury my sorrows in a pain au chocolate from the local French bakery.
