So this week really hasn't been bad at all. I'm enjoying the transition to eating "real" food again. We had gotten far away from it and were a convenience-food family, for the most part. But this week I've gone back to cooking fresh veggies, and chopping up chicken breast and cooking it myself versus the frozen dinners in the bag. For Take Off I bought the frozen raw shrimp that you peel. I thawed them out, sprinkled with Mrs. Dash and threw them on the Healthgrill and they were good! Even my husband ate them.

Today for lunch I'm having one of my staples from back when I was on the program...Waldorf Chicken Salad....1 rib of celery and 1 apple chopped. Cook chicken pieces til no pink and cooked through. mix everything together with lite mayo and 1/4 tsp curry and it is delicious...much better than the frozen dinners I came to rely on during the week.
