Today was the start of our Body For Life diet and workout. I get bored with cardio, so I'm continuing on with aerobic classes. I'll be doing the weight lifting as well.
I'm excited because I'm learning a new way to cook and eat food. Today was pretty easy. The food was filling and I felt full throughout the day.
