Wow, what a successful first week. I would have never thought I could lose that much weight in one week. When I stepped on the scale and seen that I lost 7.2 lbs in my first week, I was shocked. I didn't get overly excited or anything, just very pleased inside.

As I know it was a great week, I didn't have any downfalls and kept to my water and made sure that I ate breakfast everyday, whether it was a smoothie or an egg-white turkey omelet.

The biggest thing for me is to realize that this type of weight loss is completely out of the ordinary. I have to keep this long term thing going on a day by day basis and have to know that a 1 lb loss is still good.
