I went out with some friends last night, and knowing I had about 500 calories left, decided to eat some french fries. But the portion was kind of large, and I ended up eating more than 500 cals. Need to stick to the plan of not eating just because everyone else is. Especially french fries. I love french fries.
Planning to weigh in for the first time in over a week tomorrow. I don't think my weight has changed much, but we will see.
Going to get on my workout track too. I walked with the dogs for 45 mins-1hr today, so that was a good start :)
