I have been trying to lose weight by controlling the amount of food that I eat. I typically eat a little something for breakfast and then a small plate for dinner. I have been having success with this method.
171.4 lb Lost so far: 58.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week
