Was sick this week with the stomach flu and ate carbs for 1 1/2 days. This may be the reason for no real weight loss, but I was feeling so yucky that ramen noodle soup was the only thing I could stomach to eat. Back on track quick though.
226.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 91.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week

When you're sick, it's hard to stay on track. Don't pay too much attention to the scale either:) I try to stay off it because it's not a real indication of your progress. Hope you are feeling better:D
