I am not doing well here at all. My weight is going up, not down. That is discouraging and disheartening. I need to get back on track. Maybe I need to keep a food journal. I know I need to cut down on simple carbs and starches. That is where my trouble lies, well, part of it. I don't know how to make meals that aren't structured around some central starch or carbohydrate.
