Getting to the root of my problem, bad eating habits is still my main priority!
208.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 33.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

1261 kcal Fat: 47.92g | Prot: 31.97g | Carb: 183.16g.   Breakfast: coffee, banana. Lunch: peanuts chocolate covered, yogurt raisins, coffee, Apple. Dinner: Chicken Vegetable Soup (with Equal Volume Water, Canned), tortellini, butter, Garden Salad, hard boiled eggs, bacon , dried cranberries, Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing, chicken , cranberry juice light. more...
