I think i have come to realize that it is completely a mind thing... dont get me wrong i still want bad stuff but its not an option for me at this point and thats how i see it right now... hopefully it stays that way.
240.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
