Wow, i am super sore after physical therapy. Hope to take it easy and get lots of rest tonight so that I am not sore tomorrow before I work out. My stomach muscles were killing me, but its a burn i love to feel!

I am so excited about the next few months. I want to blast through February and March at full speed. This spring/summer is going to be fantastic

Had pasta for dinner and tons of veggies. Ohhhhh yes!
it was a high calorie day. I had some extra juice after dinner. It was so good. No regrets :]
