Day 3 of Isagenix. So far its going alright!! It helps that I haven't been with my friends much this week, so drinking has been drastically reduced! Just got to stick to my shakes, and healthy snacks. I will have a cheat day tomorrow, but only because I am going to see JASON ALDEAN!! Measured myself last night and holy smokes do inches add up. Oh well. Sticking to the plan as much as possible. I have to start working out. A little harder now that I dropped the gym membership, but I know I can do it!
