Starting again after about a month and a half off. Had Thanksgiving, birthdays and Christmas to get through, then had over two weeks off after my last class. that meant I was closer to the refrigerator! I'm not feeling good about my body right now. am anxious to drop into the 40's again! fortunate that I didn't gain more over the holidays..... didn't have a hunger pain for about 9 weeks!!!!!!
