Just came back from spending New Year's Eve with friends in Tampa. Talked to a couple of friends who are doing crossfit and discussed this diet. I did my own research when I came home and really liked what i read. Searched online for recipes for my husband and me and found a website called everyday paleo. Recipes looked easy and tasy and I made some great eggs benedict with kale and portabello mushrooms this morning.
