It's been awhile since I've been here. The holidays were great and it was difficult to get back into my regular routine. I've been working out like a fiend!!! Weight training 3 times / week and cardio the days in between. I look pretty good ... i mean looking at me you'd think I lost 20 -25 lbs HAHAHAHAHA I still have a problem with food.. not as bad ... but it's still there. I'm not really following weight watchers.. i should change my diet on record.... i'm not following anything. I know what is healthy and what isn't. I know what is high in calories, or high in fat ... i know which foods are good fibre sources or protein etc.... i know all these things. But knowing doesn't make it happen all the time huh? Ok well off to the races. I feel good ... the weight will come off .... eventually.
