Ran a lot the past week and a half totalling close to 50 miles! The past few days were not so good, weather so cold! Wasn't as hungry and didn't eat quite in the last couple of days. My exercise points ended up adding 19 "extra" points unused to my week. With my sticking to the WW plan and drinking water, the running points actually exceeded the calories I took in. Yay!!
